Found it at an estate sale. The filigree detailing on the sides of the band is absolutely stunning! This ring is one of a kind and is truly unique. It is reversible and has a click latch—you can switch between a cameo face or a black onyx face. This is genuine sterling silver (stamps on inner band are shown in pictures).
