Vintage double row, hand knotted Menorca faux pearls/brooch/earrings

This is a beautiful set of pearls with an interchangeable clasp that is removable to be worn as a brooch as shown in pictures. There is one tiny pearl missing from the class/brooch. Matching clip earrings.
