Vintage designer fully beaded evening dress

Vintage Judith Ann Creations Black Heavily Beaded Dress Size S 100% Silk. In beautiful condition, beaded work is breath taking. Dress is fully lined (rayon), even the sleeves have lining, with sheer overlay. Shoulder pads attached, back close clasp working. Beautiful, Beautiful dress!! Last photos shows two areas that show 1-5 sequins missing. I’ve looked over the dress and this is the only detail I have found. (If others come up they are quite hard to find) the ones noted, someone would have to be pretty much in your face to notice them, they are quite hidden as well!
