Tag is circa 1980s. Lillie Rubin was a couture designer from Miami, FL specializing in evening wear from 1946-1990. No material tag but exterior seems to be textured silk chiffon with iridescent sequins and silver beads. 3/4 sleeve and textured trim hem to appear like leaf or feather shapes. Perfect for a soon-to-be bride with a love for vintage. I wish to god this fit me for my own wedding! Would love to see this as a reception, rehearsal or bridal shower dress.
