Vintage dark blue peachbloom velour basket hat fur velvet

Selling a quality vintage hat. It’s too small or else I would keep it. The inside brim measures around 21 inches. We’re heads that much smaller back then!! It’s a stiff hat. The ribbon is satin? The rim from the top of the seam, where the hat sits to the bottom is 3.5”
