Vintage cut velvet duster

Absolutely gorgeous red rose design, black velvet, trim hook, and Eyes down the front gorgeous duster, a treasure unlined I've owned it for many years and our shapes change over the years and it's a little tight for me to close at the bus line. I always thought it was a Vivian Tam, but apparently it isn't as best as I can read on the label it says I S really hate to part with it.
