Vintage cross gold filled ballpoint pen

In good pre owned condition with some signs of wear. On the top it is etched cross made in usa 1/20 12k gold filled. The ballpoint inside the pen will need to be replaced because it is out of ink. Please see photos for item description. Thanks!
