Vintage cream knit cardigan with silver detailing (size small)

This is a vintage knit (I think wool/cotton blend but am not sure as there is no size/fabric tag) cropped cardigan. The cropped cardigan is trimmed with delicate sliver detailing and a gorgeous flower formed from sequins and faux pearls. I believe this would best fit a small as there is no size tag.
