Got these at a vintage boutique a while back. Made in Romania. Some wear in the heels and overall vintage/old look with some dirt specs and marks on the boots, but they still look great.. I have no reason to wear these I wish I did. Not much of a cowgirl! Says 8.5 I'm an 8 and they fit me. I'm sure they could fit an 8.5 too though.
