Vintage contempo casuals black and white polka dot dress. Size tag is gone so here are the measurements: from armpit to armpit seam measures approx 18 1/2” laying flat. From top of strap to center bottom hem measures approx 55”. One area under the wearer’s left side arm pit has slight dark marks in the white dots (see pic) Has belt loops but I don’t have the belt so you can either cut them off carefully or sub in another belt. Back center has something sticking out that’s stitched into the dress. I included a pic of it. This is giving me Blossom Mayim Bialick feels. Wear a cute short sleeve tee under with a hat and white cuffed socks with dr. Martens are you are 90’s out!!! Comes from smoke free home.
