This is a vintage vest with great retro color block panels. This is a poly fill so it will not keep you warm but you will look cool. Zipper works, missing top button snap, 2 small tears in the polyester (see pics). This is a kids 14 and fits as a woman’s small. Chest measures 18 inches across.
