Vintage collectible No. 59 August 1965 Superman Lois Lane Girlfriend comic book

Great condition. Yellowed pages. Slight roughing on right edge as shown. Also note that it folds so that the back edge fans out. See back picture. Not sure but I think that is a publisher error. First pic is a valuation site pic to show the pricing and value. That is not the copy for sale. All other pics are of actual comic book. While this one has not been graded it could be worth close to $255. I’m willing to let it go as I am NOT a collector.
