did this used to be brown on the exterior? only asking because, from what I've seen anyway on vintage Coach's is the the color on the outside matches the inside. I'd love to be wrong and learn more about these beautiful bags though :)

@thecatsmeow93 I can’t tell you for sure as I bought it vintage myself… however the interior color could easily be the original leather color that they treated to darken - it’s suede a very dark brown.
