bigcircles @francisco1979 the metal is probably some sort of brass, and the stones are probably paste. This type of jewelry was sometimes called costume jewelry. Young women wanted to look like movie stars but couldn’t afford real jewels.

bigcircles @francisco1979 the stones aren’t scratched. They have a sort of milky look probably from age. They are perfect for a retro look.
