gardenlady59 @missivylaurent good morning. I double checked the waist measurement. There is no stretch. I buttoned the skirt ( the button is sewn pretty close to the edge ) and measured again. It's a tight 25" Max. pulled taunt. Wish was there was some wiggle room.....thanks for checking out my closet
