Vintage circle skirt in classic turquoise/silver

1950's Mexican/Western skirt. I think this one was homemade by the looks of the zipper (see photo). No label, so I'm guessing the size is M, here are the measurements: waist 13 1/2", length 24 1/2 ". Small stain on the waist band, button hole is torn, one part of the silver rick-rack is torn, but you can't see it when it's on. (see photos).
