Vintage cherry red high rise flat front trouser S

Vintage cherry red trouser slacks. These are amazing. High rise, flat front, fully lined, side zip, straight leg. There are no tags, so I am unsure of the age, but I believe they are 70s or 80s. Also, unsure of the material, but I believe it is wool or a wool blend. Size seems to be a modern small- see measurements to ensure a good fit.
