Vintage checkered flare mini skirt

Adjustable elastic band inside back of skirt. At its largest fits size S/26” waist. Lace detail around bottom. Has tie around waist. A-line cut. Missing thread holding down part of the clasps (see 3rd pic). It gives school girl vibe.
