Beautiful headpiece, purchased in the 80’s and stored ever since.
Mail and chains are still shiny, faux pearls are in excellent condition.
Back of the headpiece extends for roughly 17” past the chain mail detail at the base of the skull.
In excellent shape.

@gothicmermaid_ the whole piece weighs around 9 1/2 ounces. I don’t find it heavy to wear. The heaviest parts are the actual chain mail links, the other chains are close to what you’d find on a necklace. Please let me know if you have any more questions or would like to see more photos.
