Vintage, ceramic chips, and dip, spinner, beautiful condition.

This piece is so beautiful. I almost wanna keep it!! I am unsure the designer, however, it is from mid century and a high-end estate. I have not been able to find anything like it. It is in pristine condition. It comes on top of a spinner.
