Vintage cap-sleeved dress with pleated skirt

This wine and navy colored vintage dress had the most GORGEOUS pattern, shape and fit. It’s a Vintage cap-sleeved dress with pleated skirt and a tie-belted waist. The back fabric can be tied or left loose as picture. My favorite dress I’ve ever owned by I’ve outgrown it. Sight white discoloring on back, pictured. Vintage sizing 8 - 10 (fits a size 10).
