Vintage cameo hobe Robert kramer glass brooch pin tortoise estate vtg ornate

I did some research and the 3 designers in my title came up as very close matches to this beautiful glass cameo, this has been repaired, so the original back probably was signed, could be made from another designer my findings are a guess, this is well made very nice ornate setting looks brass bronze, beautiful stripey swirl amber cameo. This looks pretty old but I'm unsure and I did not repair it but it is really on there good!
