Awesome vintage button up blouse. Looks like a generic black and white print from far away but up close it’s a man in a top hat with a cane!! So unique and cool! There are no tags anywhere to list the size but it’s about a Medium. I don’t know my materials very well but I know it is not cotton. See measurements below.
