a fun vintage white cardigan new with tags, with 4 buttons and 2 pockets in front. painted with vibrant colors and has shoulder pads for that added 80s vibe. There is not much information on the company except Tapoo hats of palm desert was a high end store in the 50s 60s and 70s. size large new with tags bird and tropical design with painted borders that give it a 3D feel.
