Can’t believe I’ve had this for so long and never wore it, it’s in amazing shape for being 20 years old. Purchased in Soho, NYC in the early 2000’s I believe at Patricia Fields Looks hand painted but not sure Size L, but it is adjustable and strap can be removed or new straps added easily
