Vintage brush wood gold metal

Vintage wood brush with gold tone metal and brass tone metal on handle. Has plastic cover. It can be pulled out and replaced with different picture. The picture has discoloration and some has rubbed onto plastic cover. Easy fix and could put a cool vintage Victorian era pic on it. Believe it is horsehair but could be wrong.
