Vintage bright green shift dress

This is missing the size and fabric tag but is in otherwise excellent condition. This is a bright kelly green dress. It's a woven fabric that's at least partially synthetic. It is accented with white trim at the neck and white buttons at the arm as well as a big green flower on the front. There are also shoulder pads. This is a fun dress that would be perfect for many occasions.
