Vintage bridal garter, something blue

Kay Shannon original creation. It’s a vintage garter belt in light blue in original box with the card that has instructions of its intended use. The back of the box lid has a tear in the middle and there are marks and signs of normal wear on the corners and edges. Just a fun vintage bridal piece.
