Vintage brass carousel horse

A lovely brass carousel pony on a brass base. If memory serves, it's about 35 years old. It could use a good polishing. As you can see in the pictures, there's some tarnish. The velvet paper cover on the bottom is torn on one edge. Other than that, it's doing quite well for it's age. Once upon a time it had ribbons tied 'round the pole, but that can be replaced. I could even include some ribbons to choose from if you'd like!
