Vintage brass and clear glass cup tulip peg votive candle holder with scalloped edge glass. Has some minor red color transfer on glass cup shown in pictures and a dark green felt bottom. A sticker on the bottom saying it's made in India. Victorian Era style. Im always looking at the styling of movie and tv show sets and love the movie the little princess and this felt like something I would have seen on it, so It's in my collection.
