Vintage bow neck tie botton down shirt women’s s/m

No brand vintage button down shirt with neck tie bow. Sleeve gathered at the shoulder. This has no tags inside, but I’m guessing it’s cotton/polyester blend-the fabric is lightweight. Slight yellowing under the arms but otherwise great vintage condition. Love this shirt but it no longer fits 🫤 Measurements laying flat:
