Vintage blue tiny sparkly bead collar bead tassel necklace

Here's the original tassel necklace. The top part is made as a complete layered twisted circle out of solid hard plastic shimmery beads& there's a loop of the same beads & color connected in the middle where the beads are made into a large very hard wooden type bead that is then connected underneath to a pottery type saucer shaped bead that has a bead under that that is then funneled to connect 8 strings of the same beads that make up the teasels that are of different lengths & each has 3 beads on the end of what material I'm not positive though if I'm to guess it's a strong wood or pottery however you can see the tips & bottoms are faded blue but the rest are much more faded or the blue is gone so they need to be repainted or can be left as is. Have never seen anything like this. Probably will hit antique soon enough. Will get a good cleaning (which it needs) when it gets its buyer. Measures 17 3/4" Excellent condition except for the color fading on the end of tassel beads.
