Vintage blue wool coat

Super cool cobalt blue vintage ‘90s wool coat with black velvet collar. In great condition, would best fit a size large but is also fun to wear oversized! Laying flat, shoulder to shoulder is 20" when measured across the front Shoulder to end of the sleeve is 23.5", armpit to end of sleeve is 16"
