romanticdog @missrochelles sorry I'm so late! It measure 16 inches across as you can see in the photo. There is a tiny rip in the dip of the neckline (about a centimeter) and a small rub on the velvet on the skirt part which is why it's listed at only $30. I can ship tomorrow. missrochelles Ok thanks. With the waist being that size it would be a zero - two. It's soooooo difficult on vintage items😝 once I finish moving I'll most likely purchase and redo to fit me. I have a love for blue velvet!!!!
