Vintage high neck sapphire blue dress, with chevron ruffled empire waist. Pleated neckline with blue buttons for closure. Shoulder pads giving you that stunning, confident look. Midi length, with abstract black confetti covering the dress. Three gourd pleats on the back with a small slit in the skirt.
