Vintage blue cardigan sweater hand knitted small

Beautiful hand-knitted cardigan sweater with applique and "Knit by" tag. Likely 60's. Very unique and beautiful wool knit. Please review measurements since there is no size tag on this hand-knit item. Also note a few stictches on front left panel have a very slight darkening but this is almost not detectable. Sweater has been hand washed in Woolite and blocked.
