Vintage blue and white mosaic design pitcher W&Co

I could not locate information on this exact piece but it belonged to my grandmother (1906-1996). Small blue and white pitcher with handle and lip. Mosaic design all over -- not spongeware. On the bottom: W&Co Mosaic R No 126189 is stamped. Top opening is 3" wide, bottom is 3.25" (slight narrowing toward the top). Height is 6". Inside is white. Rectangular handle. Mosaic design makes it look like a map of a town.
