I got this beauty at a vintage store in Austin, Texas. She looks unworn and is in perfect condition. The form fitting and striking blue dress has a v-neck with a capelet secured by gorgeous tiara-shaped bead detailing. It has a perfect, dreamy, 60's-70's vibe.
