Gorgeous shade of blue, vintage Melissa brand blazer. Amazing embroidery around collar. No tags indicating size or fabric; could possibly be linen based on feel, but definitely not sure. Shoulder pads intact, could be easily removed if desired. Light discoloration around collar and armpit, stressing/small tear on seam in back, pictured. Does not distract from overall piece. Measurements in inches flat across: Armpit to armpit: 21 Waist: 17.5 Shoulder to hem: 23
