Black with white flowers smocked sundress. Dress has adjustable straps, security snap at bust (see photos), and is smocked from under the bust line to the bottom hem ruffle. This area has tons of stretch. Only the care tag remains. Measurements are 17 inches across widest part of bust, roughly 14 inches across smocked waist and 17 inches across smocked hips, but this area has tons of stretch. Length is 29 inches from top to bottom not including the adjustable straps in this length.
