Vintage black velvet skirt

Ok so this is supposed to be a petit size small but THERE IS NO WAY haha i'm usually a size small and this is huge on me. I'd say it's like a medium or large??? Ok anyway it's super cute tho, the velvet look is 👌🏽. Also i'm 5'4" just for a reference on the length, it's pretty long but if you're my height or taller it's like a midi length
