Vintage black velvet front button shirt type jacket

The velvet that this garment made from is of the old, soft drapable variety. All buttons are covered in it, also. There are side openings for ease of movement... everything about this garment is soft and flowing. From the Silk Boutique RM# 64578, rayon and silk, Style A34163, made on China, L Bust measure lying flat 25", length at back is 31" and sleeves measure, from shoulder to wrist, 24".
