Vintage black velvet fascinator

Whether or not you’re a proper English lady, you deserve this classy black velvet fascinator. Soft velvet outside, black satin inside and around the brim, and a black tulle bow in the back that flips just over the eyes. Fabulous! One area on the inside brim where the threads have released, but it is not continuing. One spot on the top of the velvet that has a crease. No discoloration anywhere, and no holes, rips, or tears. Measures 8.5” front to back and 6.5” side to side.
