Straps. Belt string loops (No belt when I purchased) Minimal stretch at bust & waist and did not fit me correct. Pit to pit 16inches Waist 14inches Shoulder to hem 44inches (No size tag listing as a Medium) Purchased from The MadLila in New Bedford MA.
