kristianvanessa The rise is about 11". It is definitely high waisted! The waist is approximately 28" (about 14" laying flat....so....) and the hip.... Since its high waisted, I'm not as confident about where the "hip" will hit on everybody. However, the widest part is about 19" laying flat. The legs are wider/loser fitting, purposefully. Hopefully this is helpful!
