✨Vintage✨ black high waisted skirt

Vintage (60’s or 70’s?) black high waisted skirt with pockets! Tag says 14 but it’s a vintage 14 so please go by measurements - waist approximately 14.5” lying flat and length is 32.5”. Excellent vintage condition, no rips, tears or stains.
