Vintage black crocodile clutch

Structured rectangular purse with strap that can be flattened into brass hardware to carry as a clutch. The gussets are smooth black leather with crocodile leather on the front/back. Interior has black fabric dual sections separated by a zippered divider; one wall has another zippered pocket, the other wall has a gathered pouch pocket. The top of the inside has a small mirror, very retro! Brass is a little worn but in good working condition. This may be a custom piece--no brand label. Under the mirror is an embossed image of a crocodile with "crocodile skin" stated under the image. Would guess '60s or '70s?, with a very contemporary look. Please zoom in on pictures for detail.
