Vintage black beaded sweater

I’ve search the Internet but only found one similar except it’s in white beating on Etsy for $95. very high class clothing. my family seems to think this was from the late 60s? The beading on this is beautiful. I wish I had a better phone/camera. The building almost has like a bluish or iridescent color when in the light.
