Vintage black and white polka dot pussycat bow secretary blouse

There are 3 places on this blouse where the fabric has a line glitch like a run or imperfection: 1. Back of the collar 2. underside of the right arm 3. On lower back about 2 inches from the side seam. I did not notice any of these when I purchased from a vintage store until after multiple wears so it is not very noticeable and still very wearable but I wanted to disclose!
