Vintage black and white dress

Vintage dress by Chauncey St. Measures 17 inches from pit to pit. Sleeve is 22.5 from top shoulder to wrist. Length is 35 inches from back of neck to bottom of hem. Waist is 14.5 inches Has shoulder pads. Like new condition. Hasn't been worn since being dry cleaned. Only worn twice.
